Located in New Milton, a small Hampshire town, it is just over a mile from the stunning South Coast beach and clifftops of Barton on Sea. Your holiday promises to be time of winding down and taking a slower pace of life.
The cottage sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms: it is perfect for families with children and grandparents, small groups of friends, or just the 2 of you using the ground floor master ensuite bedroom (Discount available).
Up to 3 dogs are welcomed for free, they even have their own welcome pack and doggy treats.
The wide doorways and spacious rooms on the ground floor with the master king bedroom and full ensuite bathroom make an ideal property for those seeking a property which includes level accommodation.
A further king and a twin bedroom are located upstairs, tucked into the eaves provide a cosy and homely ambiance. The bathroom with a full size walk-in shower and bath provides an area to relax after a day's walking in the forest, or to wash down the sand from the nearby beaches.
The ground floor accommodation also includes spacious lounge, open plan kitchen/dining/utility area and a cloakroom.
Patio doors from the lounge open onto a raised seating area, whilst the kitchen opens directly onto a seated area with low chairs for that extra kick back space. Lounge seating has two sofas, and an easy chair with a smart TV for nights in watching streamed media channels provided.
The open plan feel of the kitchen and dining area is an excellent opportunity to chat and prepare food together - the chef is never left alone but included in all the chat from the day's activities.
The cottage has a fully fenced beautiful lawned garden with seating areas for outside dining, provide the perfect excuse for relaxing in on a sunny day. A pergola and corner seat provide an additional place to chill out.
An electric vehicle charger is available exclusively for guest usage on the driveway.
The New Forest enchanted woodland walks amongst the wild ponies are just a few miles away, with tall trees, healthland and an undulating landscape giving a charming atmosphere a world away from day to day life.
Our nearest beach is a 5 minute drive with clifftop free parking or a 40 minutes walk on level ground. The stunning clifftop views of the Needles on the Isle of Wight at our local Barton on Sea beach is dog friendly all year round and accessed via a slope.
Located in a quiet road in New Milton, the town centre for provisions is a 10 minute stroll; or why not jump in the car to nearby historic Lymington, Lyndhurst or Christchurch for lots of those boutique shops and eateries that we all love.
